What the [Expletive] is Social Media?
So I stumbled across this presentation of what social media is. I'm giving it two thumbs up as it's definitely the best presentation I've seen thus far on explanation the subject. Several people wonder what it's all about and when attempting to describe it to the average person, you oftentimes find yourself stuck for words. But nonetheless - it's a great presentation and one can learn a lot! Kudos to the creator, Marta Kagan.
